Passing of the Gavel
BEMIDJI, MN—At a recent North Country Health Services Board of Trustee meeting a changing of the gavel occurred. Past Chair Kari Howe handed over the gavel to incoming NCHS Board Chair, Sylvia Wildgen. Sylvia has been a member on the NCHS Board since 2002 and served as Chair in 2007. She will hold the current chair position through 2011. Sylvia is the Vice President of Marketing at Security Bank USA. NCHS would like to thank Kari for serving as chair over the past year and welcome Sylvia in her expanded role.
In addition, the NCHS Board would like to welcome its newest member, Mary Marchel, Director of Beltrami County Health and Human Services.
